Shipping

We ship handmade jewelry from The Hague, the Netherlands. For now, we only ship within the Netherlands.If an order is placed with a delivery address outside the Netherlands, we will cancel it and refund you in full, including any shipping charged. Please ignore any of the information below about international shipping as we are solving this issue currently.

In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-order items: Made and shipped within 14 days. These pieces are marked as made-to-order on the product page.

Once your order is on its way, we send a confirmation email with tracking where the carrier provides it.

Delivery estimates (after dispatch)

  • Netherlands and Belgium: 1–5 business days
  • Rest of the EU: 5–14 days
  • Rest of the world: 14–21 days

These are estimates. Customs and the carrier can add time.

Free shipping

Free shipping from €75 within the EU, and from €200 worldwide. Shipping costs for smaller orders are shown at checkout.

Risk of loss or damage

  1. We are responsible for the jewelry until it is delivered to the address you gave us, or to a person you authorised to receive it (for example a neighbour, if the carrier records that).
  2. If the parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or not at all, email atelierasali@gmail.com with your order number and, if you can, photos of the packaging and the item. We will replace the piece or refund you, excluding the original shipping cost. You do not need to file a claim with the carrier yourself.
  3. If tracking shows the parcel was delivered to your address and you did not receive it, contact us as soon as you can. We will investigate with the carrier.
  4. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address that you entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately.

Customs & Taxes

Prices for deliveries inside the EU include VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or local taxes may be charged by your customs authority. Those charges are yours, unless we have agreed otherwise.Returns and the right of withdrawalYou may return most items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

How to return

  2. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us. Use a tracked service and keep the proof of postage.

Return conditions

  1. Items should be unworn, unaltered, and in a resaleable condition.
  2. Include the original packaging, pouch, and any cards where possible.Return shippingYou pay the cost of sending the item back, unless we sent the wrong item or it was damaged or defective on arrival.RefundsWe refund the purchase price, including the original outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving the return or of receiving proof that you have sent it, whichever comes first. Refunds go back to the original payment method.If an item comes back worn, damaged, or incomplete, we may deduct an amount that reflects the loss in value. That does not apply when the item was already damaged when it reached you.

Made to order items

  1. Pieces made to your specifications (including custom length, stone, or size after you order) can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have started.
  2. Once a made-to-order or custom piece has been made for you, it cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal. This follows EU rules for goods made to the consumer’s specifications. This does not affect your rights if the piece is defective or not as described.
  3. If something arrives broken, not as described, or not what you ordered, email us. You do not need to use the 30-day withdrawal process. We will repair, replace, or refund, excluding return shipping. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain in full.
